HRSS Team Leader – Benefits (Job 168)
The HRSS Team Leader
will be responsible for:

The Team Leader will
be responsible for the daily running and management of the Service Line
through effective use of resources for delivering HR services to multiple
countries as defined in the Key Performance Indicator. He/she will also
coordinate resolution of complex cases and escalations from HRSS Specialists.
·
Team Leader will
assume ownership of all employees within the team; manage team’s productivity
and planning areas of improvement and resource development
Typical
Background for HRSS
Team Leader:
·
Graduate of any degree
·
Demonstrates effective
communication skills both verbally and written.
·
Willing to help
develop another employee through guidance, coaching and giving constructive
feedback
·
At least 3 years of
experience in HR (in BPO would be an advantage).
Project Support Analyst (Job 169)
The Project Support
Analyst will be responsible for:
·
Be able to fulfill the
role of Project Support Analyst on: handling Asset Management activities of
large data volume; Data analysis, clean up and administration; and preparing
service reports.
Typical
Background for Project Support Analyst:
·
Has understanding and
experience on hardware and software basics and/or license knowledge
· MS Excel advance level proficiency.
·
At least one year
experience on PMO/PSO related support functions particularly on Asset
Management
·
Has the capacity to
set-up a process that will be easy to handle on a monthly basis.
·
Working knowledge on
Access or other DB tool is preferred; Knowledge on license installation, ELP
reports processing, pulling reports from ADDM is a plus
