IBM: Workforce Specialist

Responsibilities: 

  • In charge of implementing work schedule and monitoring shift changes of CCS in order to ensure that there are sufficient manpower deployed at a given shift schedule.
  • Responsible for preparing reports and statistical data for internal and external clients.
  • Responsible for analyzing trends and daily MIS to track leakages in the system.
     Requirements: 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
  • Required skill(s): forecasting, Scheduling, MS Excel.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Actuarial Science/Statistics or equivalent.
  • Full-Time positions available.
