- In charge of implementing work schedule and monitoring shift changes of CCS in order to ensure that there are sufficient manpower deployed at a given shift schedule.
- Responsible for preparing reports and statistical data for internal and external clients.
- Responsible for analyzing trends and daily MIS to track leakages in the system.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
- Required skill(s): forecasting, Scheduling, MS Excel.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Actuarial Science/Statistics or equivalent.
