IBM: Workforce Management Supervisor (Team Leader)


Responsibilities: 
  • Responsible for leading a team of Workforce Management Specialists
  • Responsible for implementing work scheduling and monitoring shift changes of CCS in order to ensure sufficient manpower deployed at a given shift schedule
  • Responsible for generating and submitting reports as needed by management and operations
     


Requirements: 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
  • Required skill(s): forecasting, People Management.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Full-Time positions available.
