HR
ANALYST
The HR Analyst role will assume
responsibility for:

Keen attention to detail
·
Delivering HR services on the assigned process to multiple
countries as defined on the agreed Key Performance Indicators
·
Handle enquiries and requests sent by employees using HRSS tools
·
Process complex requests which require analysis, further work
around and procedure that could be an exception to the work instructions
Typical background for HR
Analyst:
·
Keen attention to detail
·
Above average oral and written communication
·
Fluent in English
·
Proficient computer skills
·
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
·
Previous HR experience (preferably in HR Shared Services) or
customer service experience is preferred
·
Ability to prioritize and complete workload within a high
pressured environment
·
Communicating with employees and managers at all levels
