PSO

Marketing Research Specialist

The Market Research Specialist will provide pro-active support to a dynamic field sales team operating in the different Logica business sectors: public, finance, space and defense, transport & travel, utilities, oil & gas, by carrying out desk-based research and preparing sales materials including but not limited to Logica-branded MS Power Point slides and proposals.



Team Leader for Business Development Hub

The UK Business Development Hub Team Leader will be responsible for the delivery of marketing and bid support services and staff management.



Bid Support Analyst

The primary responsibility is to provide administrative support to the bid team through document and workspace management. The analyst will be providing the bid workspace set-up, administration, and filing roles for Bid and Proposal Managers and understand the toolset being using by the bid and proposal managers.



Finance Specialist

Candidates should be a graduate of any Business-related course, a CPA and with at least one year experience in reconciliation, financial analysis, costing, billing and collection. Basic knowledge in MS Excel, good communication, good analytical skills and willingness to work in shifting schedules is needed.



Payroll Analyst

The payroll analyst will support the Team Leader in delivering payroll-managed services to clients and perform accurate and on time end-to-end payroll processing.



Candidates should have payroll experience for at least 1 year and possess good communication and analytical skills.



Executive Assistant to COO

The Executive Assistant shall provide a wide range of administrative support to the COO Executives including maintaining of schedules and appointments, collecting organizational data and producing reports and presentations in an accurate and timely manner.



Candidate should have previous admin experience in a corporate environment and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook. Should be customer-centric and manifest good level of professionalism. Good communication and analytical skills with travel arrangement experience is required.



Fulfillment Specialist

The Fulfillment Specialist will ensure sufficient resource to respond to queries relating to operating cards online services and billing. Will be responsible in

investigating and providing resolution for cards customer complaints. Should be able to identify areas for improvement to parameters and processes and improve the business’ and each client’s business performance and cardholder satisfaction.



Candidate should be a graduate of any Business-related course with experience in card payment-related operations management, preferably in business-to-business cards. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel is required. Good communication and analytical skills is needed.



Billing Operations Specialist

A Billing Operations Specialist will take responsibility for effective and efficient service delivery by managing and completing work assigned through bill runs, quality checks, billing enquiry responses and comprehensive reporting while meeting quality and service level agreements. The specialist will also be required to perform process enhancements through SQL development, excel macro, batch and unix shell scripting, and other programming languages



Good communication and analytical skills and the ability to interact and develop relationships with people in both business and technology area is needed for this role. Advanced understanding of Excel macro, batch and Unix shell scripting is needed and advanced SQL knowledge is preferred.
 

Billing Operations Team Leader

The needed Team Leader will provide consultative expertise and services in: service delivery operations, employee relations, staffing and compensation strategies, workforce development, and over-all service management.



Candidate should have the ability to communicate with all levels within the organization. Must demonstrate proficiency in relationship management and conflict resolution. Experience analyzing, developing, and implementing workforce-related solutions using knowledge of employment law, staffing, training techniques, and service management practices will be an advantage.
 

ITSS

JAVA Developers

At least 2 years of Java programming experience, with skills in HTML, JavaScript, ExtJS, Servlets, JSP, XML, CSS and JQuery.


HRSS

HR Administrator

Candidates should be a graduate of BS Psychology or any Human Resource-related course. Excellent English Communication skills with previous HR and/or Customer Support work experience preferred.

 HR Analyst

Candidates should have at least 2 years of Human Resource or Customer Support experience in a related Industry. Excellent English communication skills and willingness to work on shifts is needed.
