Provides financial and administrative support to the Finance
and Service Delivery projects in Logica France. The team of Project Support
Analysts is an efficient and cost effective Project Management Services Office
for Logica France.
The FAQS France Project Support Analyst will also assume
responsibility for:
• Ensuring successful transition of projects from Logica
France
• Providing timely and accurate support financial and
administrative support to French Project Managers
• Documenting project processes and procedures.
• Identifying possible process improvements in assigned
projects
• Preparing/Reviewing Service Level Agreements (SLA),
Operations Procedure Manual (OPM), and Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP)
• Updating/Analyzing Project Status Reports (PSR)
• Monitoring Project Billing and prepares Invoice Requests
• Monitoring/Meeting project tasks and deadlines through RAG
Dashboard
Typical background for FAQS France Project Support Analyst
will include:
• Above average in oral and written communication skills
• Adept in
spreadsheet processing (Excel) and VBA
• Proficient in using MS Office (Work and Powerpoint)
• Excellent in analytical and problem solving skills
• Able to work independently and effectively in a fast paced
environment

develop relationships
