Reports and Data Management Supervisor (Makati City)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• In-charge of data collection, generation and analysis of after-sales transactions for retail stores
• In-charge of consolidating after-sales data for customer care

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent. Job role in Management or Supervisor/Team Lead
• Has reports and statistics background
• Has in-depth analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Excel

Account Relations Officer (Makati City) 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handles Inbound and Outbound collection transactions
• Manages subscriber complaints and initiates resolutions
• Manage subscriber inquiries and aftersales requests

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Mathematics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent
• Must have high numerical proficiency
• Must have good verbal communication and listening skills
