CALL CENTER AGENTS 
Location: UP-Ayala TechnoHub, Quezon City
EDSA Central, Mandaluyong City
PBCom Tower, Makati City 
Responsibilities:
• 24x7 operations but peak will be in the morning shift. Minimal staffing during the night. 
• Customer Care Specialists provide excellent customer service by phone, email or chat for one of the world's largest banking and finance accounts 
• Provide value to the customer by being responsible for the provision of service and sales solutions in an effective and efficient manner. 
• Transform sales/service inquiries into enhanced customer relationships 
• Describes customer channels & products 
Qualifications:
• Excellent English communication skills 
• Proficient in the use of computers and internet applications 
• Completed at least 2 years of college education, or a 2-year diploma/certificate course 
• Willing to work in a schedule-shifting environment, including graveyard, holiday and weekend shifts
• Experience in up-selling and cross-selling is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Premium pay is offered to candidates with previous international contact center experience

TECHNICAL SPECIALISTS 
Responsibility: Provides excellent technical support service by phone for one of the world's leading manufacturers of Consumer Electronics.
Qualifications:
• Excellent English communication skills 
• Highly proficient in computers and internet applications 
• Completed at least 2 years of college education, or a 2-year diploma/certificate course, preferably in an Engineering or Computer-related field
• Experience as technical support in a call center environment, particularly in troubleshooting, is a definite advantage
• Willing to work in a schedule-shifting environment, including graveyard, holiday and weekend shifts
• Familiarity with the Mac OS, or certification on A+, NET or Cisco CCNA is preferred but not required
• Fresh graduates or those without previous work experience are also welcome to apply Premium pay is offered to candidates with previous international contact center experience

SALES SUPPORT SPECIALISTS
Responsibility: Generates and submits sales proposals and coordinates sales activities for the IBM North America sales team.
Qualifications:
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
• College graduate of a 4-year management-related course 
• Proficiency in computers and internet applications
• Good analytical, documentation and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail 
• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously 
• Able to balance and effectively prioritize workload in order to meet deadlines
• Willing to work on graveyard shift
• Willing to work in Makati City

Preferred but not Required:
• Graduates of Math, IT, Commerce, Business, Management, Marketing and related courses
• Previous work experience in Marketing, Sales, Management, Bid support, Contract creation and Pricing is preferred
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel
• Above average knowledge in IT and IT-related tools
