Responsibilities:
- The recruitment back office support is responsible in encoding all recruitment data/results in the existing recruitment system. He/she is responsible in ensuring that data encoded is accurate and uploaded in a timely manner. He/she will also be tasked to collaborate and support recruitment operations in all pre-hiring requirements including background investigation endorsements. He/she also ensures that all documents handed off to the Recruitment Officer have met the existing SLA standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Must have experience in data management
- 1 year experience in data encoding preferred
- Required skills: Typing speed of 30wpm with 95% accuracy
- Excellent PC skills especially in Excel and Word
- Good written and oral English communication skills
