RESPONSIBILITIES:
REQUIREMENTS:- Handles all inbound/outbound calls pertaining to the after-sales inquiries and concerns of clients, strictly following a phone verification process and using bank systems responsibly
- Provides clear and adequate information and instructions to clients contacting the Bank via telephone and make the necessary requests or endorsements to the concerned units.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- Candidate must have excellent communication, listening and customer service skills.
- Candidate must be willing to be assigned to shifting schedules.
- Candidate must be willing to undergo training.
- Required language(s): Filipino, English
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Full-Time positions available.
- Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
