DIRECTOR OF FOOD & BEVERAGE

- college graduate

- at least 2 years experience as F&B Manager or a senior F&B role in a 4 star property.

- must have strong managerial capability and personality.

- has a good understanding of the kitchen operations

- excellent communication skills

- strong guest relations, attentive to details

FRONT OFFICE MANAGER

- college graduate

- with at least 5 years managerial in a 5 star set up

- has working knowledge on Fidelio system

- with well-developed oral and written communication skills

- possesses good leadership qualities

- effective organizer

TRAINING MANAGER

- college graduate preferably Psychology Major

- m / f, not more than 40 years old

- with at least 5 years working experience in all facets of Training

- computer literate, with good presentation skills

- has good command of English language

- systematic & attentive to details

RESTAURANTS MANAGER

• College graduate, preferably major in Hotel Restaurant Management
• At least 2 years experience as assistant Manager / supervisor in a five-star food and beverage operation
• Strong F&B background
• Fluent in English, oral and written communication
• With strong guest relations skills and is attentive to details

SANITATION AND HYGIENE OFFICER

• Graduate of Food Technology, Microbiology or Chemistry in a reputable school
• Minimum 2 years experience in the same capacity
• 25-30 years old, single/ female prefered
• Certificate in HACCP training

CONVENTIONS & CORPORATE EVENTS EXECUTIVE

• Female, single, not more than 27 years old, HRM grad pefered from a reputable school
• At least 1-2 years experience in the same capacity
• Pleasing personality and has excellent communication skills
• Assertive and willing to work long hours and during holidays

GUEST SERVICES OFFICER

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 1 year work experience in a hotel (new grads are welcome to apply)
• At least 5'4" height, with pleasing personality
• Proficient in written & oral communication skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules
