Director of Hotel Sales & Marketing

· College degree holder, preferably major in Hotel and Restaurant Management or related discipline

· Must have ten (10) years of hospitality experience and at least 5 years as DOSM

· Must have strong contacts in the Philippines and International leisure market

· Must be able to create Comprehensive Sales and Marketing plan

· Solid knowledge of e-marketing and online sales procedures

· Must bring new corporate accounts

· Familiar with Revenue Management

· Knowledgeable working with Opera system

· Familiar with overall operations of the hotel; possess managerial expertise with excellent selling skills

· Excellent communication and public relations skills; Knowledge in MS Office; Excellent motivator and Trainer; Aggressive sales approach; Out of the Box Thinker

PR & Hotel Marketing Manager

· College degree holder, preferably major in Marketing, Communication Arts, Advertising or related discipline

· Must have seven (7) years of hospitality experience and at least 2 years as PR & Hotel Marketing Manager

· Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written

· Strong media network is a must, Ability to work long hours and willing to travel

· Pleasant personality, good work ethics and values, Basic advertising background and other specializations such as knowledge of graphic design software like Photoshop or Freehand is a definite advantage

Accounting Manager

· A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & CPA

· Must have seven (7) years of Accounting experience and at least 2 years as Accounting Manager

· Male/Female 30 to 35 yrs. old

· Familiar in all aspects of general accounting

· Ability to write detailed reports and correspondence to speak effectively before groups and to work with fractions, ratios and percentages

· Can organize and implement the yearly budget set-up

· Pleasant personality, good work ethics and values, Knowledge in MS Office; Excellent motivator and Team leader; Out of the Box Thinker

Account Executive (Rizal Property)

· College degree holder, preferably majors in Hotel and Restaurant Management and/or Marketing

· Must have seven (7) years of hospitality experience and at least 2 years as Account Executive

· Knowledgeable in all aspects of sales and marketing; familiar with the operations of the hotel; possess excellent selling skills

· Excellent Oral and written communication, interpersonal skills, conversant with computer management systems; Opera system, MS Office skills; Excellent Public Relations; Aggressive sales approach; Out of the Box Thinker

HR Officer (Compensation, Benefits & HRIS)

· Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, or any Behavioral Science course

· Male, 25 to 30 yrs. old

· At least 4 years of professional personnel or human resources experience which includes implementation of policy and procedure, classification, payroll, and HRIS, with 2 years of direct supervision of staff or 4 years as HR Analyst level including 2 years of direct supervision of staff.

· Familiar in Principles of supervision, training and performance evaluation

· Familiar in Principles and practices of job analysis and affirmative action

· Familiar in Principles and practices of modern personnel management and administration

· Knowledge in Labor laws, Local Government codes and regulations

· Techniques in dealing with a variety of individuals from various socio-economic, ethnic and cultural backgrounds

· Principles and practices of a payroll system

· Familiar with computer software programs applicable to Human Resources recruitment and payroll operations

· Ability to implement new policies and procedures

· Ability to identify alternative solutions and project consequences of proposed actions and implement recommendations in support of goals

· Ability to enforce Labor and Government mandated laws

· Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both oral and in written

HR Specialist

· Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, or any business related course

· Male, 25 to 28 yrs. old

· At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources

· Well organized, accurate and attentive to detail

· Excellent communications and public relations skills

· Strong computer application skills (MS Office, Visio, HRIS, Adobe)

· Ability to assist and support others
