URGENT! Customer Service Reps for QC (Start Date: ASAP!) VXi Global QC

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls promptly, in accordance with established call-handling procedures.
  • Provide concise quality customer service in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Perform related work as required and work on special projects as requested.
  • Interact with fellow team members to enhance team performance.
  • Assume additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate in verbal and written English.
  • Computer literate
  • Candidates must have at least 2 years of college education / Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate / Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • Fast learner and Goal-oriented.
  • Must be willing to work in Muñoz Quezon City.
  • Willing to do Graveyard shift.
  • Call Center experience required.
  • 100 Full-Time positions available.
