Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly, in accordance with established call-handling procedures.
- Provide concise quality customer service in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform related work as required and work on special projects as requested.
- Interact with fellow team members to enhance team performance.
- Assume additional responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate in verbal and written English.
- Computer literate
- Candidates must have at least 2 years of college education / Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate / Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- Fast learner and Goal-oriented.
- Must be willing to work in Muñoz Quezon City.
- Willing to do Graveyard shift.
- Call Center experience required.
- 100 Full-Time positions available.
