Pharmacist

BASIC FUNCTION:

Performs job that involve safe keeping and proper displays of pharmaceutical product, provides accurate record of drugs and medicines and actively contribute in over-all objectives of the company.

PRINCIPAL FUCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Ensures the safety and quality of drug dispensing to clients.
   1. Checking of the expirations
   2. Proper label of medicines
   3. Assures that all boxes, inserts and labels comply with BFAD standards.

2. Represents the company for all matters concerning BFAD regulations.

3. Knowledgeable in setting up and displays of pharmaceutical products.

4. Checking of the stocks regularly for expiring batch of medicines.

5. Maintain proper storage conditions.

ACCOMPLISHING REPORT AND RECORDS KEEPING:

6. Secure important documents of BFAD and DOH certificates for medicines and license to operate.

7. Assist warehouse personnel in proper displays and stocking of medicines.

8. Prepare and submit documents regarding initial and renewal application for registration of new products.

9. Report immediately all the factors that affect the business.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

10. Knows and comply with company’s proper procedure in all aspect of work.

11. Know the company’s rules and regulations.

12. Other task that maybe required from time to time.
