Responsibilities
- Develops a competency model that is aligned to the people strategies and relevant to the competency requirements of the organization
- Drives job profiling activities to keep the job profile library updated
- Consolidates the functional competencies culled from the additional and updated job profiles
- Facilitates the creation of competency maps indicating the competencies’ proficiency levels and definitions per level/band for priority positions/talent segments
- Drives success profiling activities for priority positions/talent segments
- Drives the Performance Management Cycle (PMC)
- Drives the attendance of target participants to the cascades (i.e. workshops and e-modules) through effective communication campaigns
- Facilitates the consolidation, calibration and approval of performance ratings
- Endorses approved ratings to the Compensation and Benefits (CompBen) Department for the timely implementation of the merit increase
- Drives the review/audit of PMS results
- Designs and drives the Individual Development Planning Process for priority positions/talent segments
- Drives the program on Performance Improvement Plan (PIP)
- Drives the computerization of the PMC from requirements completion to software selection and procurement, up to the design-build-test-migration, training and roll out phase.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): performance management, project management, competencies.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in Organizational Development/Change Management or Management.
