Position: Channel Marketing Specialist
Location: NCR
Requirements:

-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
-Preferred skill(s): Sales and Marketing Operations, Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing.
-At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
-Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent. Job role in Brand Management or Business Development.
-1 Full-Time positions available.

Responsibilities:

-Assist Channel Manager in the development, execution, monitoring and evaluation of trade promotions and merchandising activities, based on business directions, in order to support Sales in its achievement of the Business.
-Monitors usage of budget for the assigned channel.
-Assist in developing channel standard of brands and packages.
-Coordination in various areas in relation to allocation and deployment of promotion and merchandising materials.
-Monitors implementation of promotions and merchandising activities.
-Analyzes effectiveness and efficiencies of promotion and merchandising activities.




Position: Contact Center Team Leader
Location: Paco, Manila
Requirements

-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Mass Communications or equivalent.
-At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
-Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. Job role in Supervisor/Team Lead or Customer Service - General.
-2 Full-Time positions available.

Responsibilities

-Supervises the day-to-day activities of the center.
-Monitors proper implementation of agreed process flows; ensures that concerns of major accounts of the businesses are properly handled and resolved.
-Ensures that the performance of the customer care team is constantly monitored in terms of agreed key performance indicators both for inbound and outbound calls.
-Support the team in creating a motivational and supportive working environment.
-Manages scheduling of Agent’s shifting and work routing efficiently and effectively to ensure that stations are manned all the time.
-Conducts regular Quality Scoring for old agents and coaching for all customer care agents.
-Designs and redesigns process flows and report formats of the call center group to facilitate data generation and reporting.
-Generates report for top management
-Attends to walk in complainants at HO and specializes in handling of difficult product quality inquiries.




Position: Cadet Engineers
Location:NCR
Requirements:

-A licensed graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, or Chemical Engineering from a reputable school
-With good scholastic records
-With good written and oral communication skills
-Proficient with computer applications
-Willing to be assigned anywhere in the Philippines and be based in Sta Rosa, Laguna for three months during the Cadetship Training Program
-Experience as an OIC line supervisor preferred but not required
-Fresh graduates who passed the Board are welcome to apply


Responsibilities:

-The Cadetship Training Program (CTP) of CCBPI is an intensive three-month training program geared towards the development of technical and leadership skills of high potential associates for a line function in the Production and Engineering Departments as Supervisors.
-Applications are now being accepted for the next batch of the CTP, which will commence in January 2010.



Position: Banking Services Manager
Location: NCR
Requirements:

-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
-At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing Treasury
-Banking experience with preferred exposure to Treasury or Branch Banking
-Good Communication and Collaboration Skills
-High execution capabilities with broad knowledge of Bank's Cash Management Services
-Good interpersonal and project management skills
-Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office Programs
-Willing to be assigned in Otis, Paco (Manila)


Responsibilities

-Design, develop and implement treasury cash management services (head office and plant levels)
-Evaluate banking services as these may be utilized by the company in its effort to streamline processes in a cost-effective manner
-Ensure efficient and effective delivery of treasury services to plants and sales offices
-Take charge of providing support to other business initiatives that require banking services
