HEAD ARCHITECT

Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification of Degree or Professional License in Architecture/Urban Studies or equivalent
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field
• Must be able to work independently and coordinate with Project Manager on project matters
• Can determine functional and spatial requirements of projects and prepares information regarding design, specifications, materials, equipment, cost estimate and construction timeline
• Must have good knowledge of project planning
• Good command in both spoken and written English
• Not more than 40 years old

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification of Degree or Professional License in Civil / Struct'l Eng'g, or equivalent
• Good command in both spoken and written English
• Should have more than 5 yrs experience in Proj. Mgmt and Gen. Construction
• Not more than 40 yo
• Responsible for the planning and scheduling of construction activities of various disciplines through Primavera 5 or P5
• Prepares and controls contract budgets & cashflow forecast
• Maintains quality assurance systems

SALES & MARKETING HEAD

Qualifications:

• Manages all brokers in selling the project
• Must have extensive experience in sales & marketing for 5 yrs
• Preferably a graduate of any 4-year business course
• Must posses strong sense of integrity & entrepreneurial skills
• Must be aggressive, results-driven, self-directed & team player
• with excellent communication, presentation & negotiating skills
• With marketing experience in promotions & events mgmt
• Highly organized & results oriented
• Coordinates all documents necessary for the project
• Processes all loans and docs of the client
• Conceptualize and execute marketing plans

FINANCIAL ANALYST

Qualifications:

• To assist in generating and executing business functions involving the acquisition or disposition of investment and development projects, thereby enhancing the profitability of the department.
• To assist the senior director in the day to day management and operations of the department.
• To assist senior directors in the monitoring of the departments performance vis-à-vis the annual business plan and ensure that the output is in line with budget projections.
• To carry out any other assignments as directed by the senior directors or the management.
• Male or Female, Must be a graduate of Accountancy, Economics or other related courses.Master's Degree is an advantage.
• Preferably a graduate of UP, Ateneo, La Salle, UST or UAP.
• With experience in Financial Modeling; Project, asset and Business Valuation;Investment Advisory;Strategic Corporate Advisory; Data Analysis and Real estate finance. With Background in Real Estate.
• Proficient in MS office applications and with excellent English communication skills.
• Must have competent writing skills
• Must be highly analytical.

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

• Monitors and controls all matters related to electrical works quality assurance and ensures that all jobs meet quality sta
• Monitors the electrical works and ensures compliance and conformity with the provisions of engineering techniques and procedures.
• To conduct electrical inspection and ensure proper materials are used.
• To monitor day-to-day operational aspects of the project depending on the assigned section of development and prepare daily accomplishment report.
• Responsible for the preparation and compliance of documentation for the project being handled.
• Ensures that all rules, regulations and procedures relating to site safety are strictly enforced and followed by all parties.
• To provide technical guidance and ensure sound electrical engineering procedures are followed/applied in the preparation of project plans and proposals.
• To perform personnel functions, such as supervision of site workers and ensure that performance is within the set company standard and is according to schedule.
• To establish and coordinate the maintenance and safety procedures, service schedule and to ensure that all the tools, machines and equipment being used in the work site are maintained in the prescribed condition.
• To perform other duties as may be required by the superiors/management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English and Filipino
• Computer Literate
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Electrical Engineering-Design and Implementation.
• Candidate should have experience in Real Estate Industry; preferably on both Horizontal and Vertical Developments

MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

• Prepares Designs, BOQ and construction drawings including isometric, details and shop drawings.
• Provides the project coordinator with complete and updated BOQ.
• Provides the project in charge with complete and updated construction drawings.
• Prepares cost estimates.
• Coordinates with QA/QC engineer on installation and material standards to be used.
• Ensures that all fabricated items are in accordance with the design requirement. Ensures that all rules, regulations and procedures relating to site safety are strictly enforced and followed by all parties.

Requirements:

• Male
• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering; RME - PRC Licensed
• Computer Literate
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationship with superior, peers and colleagues
• Required language(s): English and Filipino
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / 3 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Mechanical Engineering-Design and Implementation; with at least two (2) years experience in HVAC design and estimate
• Candidate should have experience in Real Estate Industry; preferably on both Horizontal and Vertical Developments

ENVIRONMENTAL & SANITARY ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

• Design and conceptualize ideas and layouts based on plans given
• Preparation of Detailed Specifications and Estimates/BOQ based on prepared and approved plans
• Communicate with clients or head officers regarding the plan.
• Plan and manage projects.
• Manage and control materials needed as well as the manpower and/or sub-contractors
• Execute and layout projects that will be assigned.

Education and Training Requirements:

• Must hold a degree in Enviromental and Sanitary Engineering.
• Must hold an authentic license issued by the Professional Regulation Commission
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / 3 Yrs & Up Experience
• Candidate should have experience in Real Estate Industry; preferably on both Horizontal and Vertical Developments

PROPERTY ANALYSIS/ LAND ACQUISITION ENGINEER

Qualifications:

• Scouting and Sorcing in various areas of possible lots for acquisition.
• Inspaction of offered properties on various locations
• Preparation of inspection reports-site demographics, initial engineering, and other physical analysis.
• Assisting in the land acquisition or deal making stage of the project development process.
• Conducting research work, securing legal documents( certifications,trace backs and other related documentations) and permits that aid in negotiations and project implementation
• Willing to do field work and Knows how to Drive.

CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER/ ENGINEERS

Qualifications:

• Responsible for the planning and scheduling of construction activities of various disciplines through primavera 5 or P 5.
• Prepares and controlscontract budgets and cashflow forecast
• Maintaining quality assurance systems
• Experience in design works- vertical and horizontal developments, technical data and specifications in discipline of all trades
• Male, not more than 40 years old.

HUMAN RESOURCE ADMINISTRATOR

Qualifications:

• 5 Years experience in the principles and practices of HR Management.
• Supervise and monitor the company's personnel in the performance of their duties and responsibilities in accordance with the company policies.
• Female Bet. 28 to 36 years old.

FINANCE MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Spearhead the activities of the Finance & Admin. Dept. to generate timely & accurate financial & management reports.
• Preparation payroll taxes, all quarterly payroll reports & the like.
• Prepares budgets and financial report
• Supervise and monitor the Company's personnel in the performance of their duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Company Policies
